Method
- Add the bay leaves, ginger, turmeric, garlic, and cloves to a small saucepan with 3 cups of water.
- Bring the mixture to a high boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to fully infuse.
- Strain into mugs and sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener. Serve warm.
