Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pawpaw papaya, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons condensed milk adjust to taste
  • A dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana essence optional

Method
 

  1. Peel and de-seed the pawpaw, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add pawpaw, evaporated milk, water, and bitters to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in condensed milk and adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Chill and serve over crushed ice.
