Caribbean Punch

A delightfully refreshing Caribbean fruit punch made with guava nectar, coconut water, and a fizzy lemon-lime soda. This non-alcoholic tropical drink is perfect for parties or laid-back island vibes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 2 cups guava nectar
  • cups coconut water
  • cup fresh mint leaves
  • A few dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 cups Fresca or any lemon-lime soda
  • Ice
  • Optional garnishes: maraschino cherries extra mint, lemon slices

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine guava nectar and coconut water.
  2. Stir in orange slices, fresh mint, and bitters.
  3. Let the mixture chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the Fresca or lemon-lime soda.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with cherries, mint, or lemon slices if desired.

Notes

Storage: Keep any leftover punch (without soda) in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add soda fresh when serving.
