Caribbean Roast corn in the air fryer

A Caribbean street food favorite with a twist. I'm showing you how to get delicious roasted corn done in the air fryer. Quick, and easy to share with your family without all the work.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ears of corn
  • Butter optional

Method
 

  1. Clean corn husks of any silk
  2. Place the ears of corn into the air fryer and set to 390 degrees.
  3. If using butter, spray cobs all over with butter
  4. Air fry for 25 minutes.
  5. If you would like it to be more roasted, return to air fryer and continue for about 8 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve hot.

Notes

  • Make sure your corn is fresh.
  • If using butter, put it for a little more time to roast.
  • Want to add some seasonings, here are some ideas:
    Tajin
    Garlic salt
    Melted butter
    Parmesan cheese
    Chili powder
    Cayenne pepper
    Chopped parsley
    Chopped chadon beni
