Method
- Peel and cut up dasheen into cubes
- Add cubes to pot and add water to just cover the dasheen cubes. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water
- Boil for about 15 - 20 minutes. Dasheen should pierce easily with a fork.
- Take cubed dasheen and add to blender along with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a large jug and either set to chill or serve over ice.
