Guinness punch recipe

An eggnog-like drink, this popular Caribbean favorite of is a balanced mix of sweet, bitter, and cool. It combines Guinness stout, condensed milk, cinnamon, and angostura bitters.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Guinness stout 11.2 Fl Oz
  • 1/2 a tin of condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • A dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend
  2. Taste for sweetness (adjust if needed)
  3. Pour over crushed ice or leave to chill for at least 30 minutes
  4. Add some whipped creme and sprinkle of cinnamon and serve
