Notes

Optional Add-Ins:
Want to bulk it up or switch it up? Try adding:
  • 1/2 banana — for a natural creamy boost
  • 2 tablespoons oats — makes it thicker and more filling
  • 1 tablespoon sea moss — adds minerals and texture
  • 1/2 bottle of stout or Guinness — for an adult twist

Substitutions:

  • Peanut Butter: No peanut butter? Use 1 cup roasted peanuts. Blend with milk, then strain before adding other ingredients.
  • Peanut-Free Option: Try sunflower butter or almond butter as an alternative.
  • Sweetener: Use what works for you — condensed milk, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free alternatives. You do you.
