Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound seasoned chicken season with green seasoning
  • 1 tin green pigeon peas 15 oz
  • 1/2 pound pumpkin cubed
  • 2 tablespoon browning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup parboiled rice.

Equipment

  • 1 Instant Pot

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the instant pot
  2. Mix together
  3. Cover pot and close (setting valve to sealed)
  4. Select rice and leave to cook
  5. Leave to self-release
  6. Open pot when all pressure is released.
  7. Taste for salt levels (add more if needed)
