Jerked Crab Legs

A quick and easy recipe for making steamed jerk crab legs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb snow crab legs steamed
  • 1 tablespoon Jerk seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 sprigs green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Place grated ginger and Grace Mild Jerk Seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Add enough olive oil to make a paste. About a tablespoon and a half
  3. Heat wok on medium high heat
  4. Add butter to wok
  5. Add crab legs to melted butter and stir to warm through
  6. Add jerk paste to crabs and stir coating the crab legs (about 5 minutes)
  7. Add green onions
  8. Stir and serve
