Ingredients
  

  • pounds cucumber
  • cups water
  • ¾ cup lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • ~28 grams fresh ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and cut cucumbers into chunks.
  2. Add cucumber and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer at least twice to remove the pulp.
  4. Stir in lime juice, sugar, and grated ginger until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Chill before serving.
