- Wash, dry, and chop up Chadon Beni, and garlic.30 Chadon Beni leaves., 3 large garlic cloves
- Remove seeds and membrane from pepper and chop up.1/2 a hot pepper with seeds and membranes removed
- Add leaves, water, lime juice, salt, and garlic to the processor.1/2 cup water, lime juice
- Blend well to the consistency you prefer.
- Taste for salt/pepper and adjust as needed.1/2 teaspoon salt
