Prep the fruit: Chill your watermelon balls and pineapple chunks ahead of time.
Mix the base: In a large jug, combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice (or lime, if that’s what you meant), and sweeten to taste with sugar.
Adjust: Add water if you'd like a lighter punch. Then mix in a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
Chill it down: Let the punch chill in the fridge for at least an hour, longer if you have time.
