Ingredients
  

For the Juice Blend:
  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • 3 cups fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as needed
  • A few dashes Angostura bitters
For Serving:
  • Watermelon balls chilled
  • Pineapple chunks chilled
  • Optional 1 cup white wine or rum of your choice

Method
 

  1. Prep the fruit: Chill your watermelon balls and pineapple chunks ahead of time.
  2. Mix the base: In a large jug, combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice (or lime, if that’s what you meant), and sweeten to taste with sugar.
  3. Adjust: Add water if you'd like a lighter punch. Then mix in a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
  4. Chill it down: Let the punch chill in the fridge for at least an hour, longer if you have time.
  5. Serve: Right before serving, stir in the chilled fruit and your wine (or rum, if going boozy). Pour over ice and enjoy!
