  1. Build the sauce. Add half a cup of water, soy sauce, and most of the ketchup. Stir to coat the vegetables well.

  • 3 leaves of chadon beni
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers 2 different colors, chunked
  • 1 small onion sliced

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
