Fresh mango juice

You can easily prepare fresh mango juice at home by blending ripe mangos with water. The recipe is simple and quick. You only need 3 main ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe mangoes
  • Sugar
  • Water

Method
 

  1. Wash mangoes then peel and remove all flesh from the seed.
  2. Add the mango pulp to your blender.
  3. Blend until fine.
  4. Strain blended pulp. Use some water to assist straining.
  5. Add water to get the consistency you want. More water will make it thinner; less water thicker.
  6. Sweeten to your liking (will vary depending on how sweet your mangoes are).
  7. Served chilled over ice.
  8. Garnish with mint or cherries.

Notes

Water and sugar amounts will vary. It depends on how ripe and juicy your mango is and also how sweet. So make sure to taste as you are making and adjust amounts.
